  2. Do you discuss with someone close to you what someone else did wrong?
  3. Do you carry the sorrow that people around you do not understand your feelings?
  4. Do you quickly notice others’ mistakes, but fail to see your own?
  5. Do you feel sorrow thinking, “I stretch myself for everyone, but when the time comes for me, everyone forgets. No one comes to help!”
  6. Do you repeatedly remember incidents from the past or present and remain unhappy? Does that sorrow remain for a long time?
  7. Do you feel that injustice always happens to you?
  8. Do thoughts arise that people around you spread your negative matters?
  9. When someone corrects you, gives advice or makes a suggestion, do you accept it naturally? Or do you feel that the other person has bad intentions or selfish motives?
  10. Do you feel that others are the cause of your tears?

Self-examination is the moment when perspective stops judging others and begins reforming the self
